Crerax successfully exhibited at K, the world’s No. 1 trade fair for plastics and rubber
K, the leading global trade fair for the plastics and rubber industry, has successfully drawn to a close last week in Düsseldorf, Germany. Crerax, together with another 3,330 exhibitors, showcased to 225,000 visitors from 165 countries how plastics could be an indispensable and future-oriented material through innovative manufacturing and applications.
Themed “Circular Economy”, K 2019 commits to sustainable raw materials, resource-saving processes, and a comprehensive and upgraded material value chain. The trade fair can be separated into two main sections: machinery and equipment, and raw materials, auxiliaries, semi-finished products. And the K 2019 also held multiple roundtables and speech events to voice its commitment to a circular economy. All exhibitors, who are working at the front line of the plastics and rubber industry, vow to concertedly create a future worth looking forward to.
As the only microsphere producer from China, Crerax demonstrated not only its responsible and high-quality R&D culture and production standards, but also how the microsphere products independently developed by Crerax are applied to all sectors in the plastics and rubber industry. With its many advantages, such as lightweight, thermal insulation and anti-warping, Crerax’s expandable microspheres have been applied to more than 120 industries and more than 500 segments, helping to upgrad a variety of products.
A few of Crerax’s popular applications at K 2019 are worth noting here:
Many visitors were attracted by the keyword “lightweight” of the Crerax booth, and they came to understand how the expandable microspheres can reduce weight for various rubber and plastic materials. For example, microspheres can be applied to many auto parts, which can greatly reduce material density, saving costs and achieving energy saving and emission reduction.
The little house experiment at Crerax’s booth also made many visitors stop and have a feel of microsphere’s “Thermal Insulation” feature by touching the roof paint added with microspheres. Presenting green building and energy saving solutions, this perfectly coincides with the circular economy theme of K 2019.
Although this is the first time that Crerax has exhibited at the K show, the expandable microsphere, an innovative technology, has attracted quite a lot of eyeballs — curious university professors, material traders looking for cost reduction solutions, plastics and rubber manufacturers who are considering using microspheres, as well as loyal customers of Crerax’s. People visited Crerax’s booth with enthusiasm to understand the products and its features and eagerly explore effective applications.
“Creating your future life with tomorrow’s technology”, just as our slogan goes, Crerax is very happy and confident that we can upgrade your products with our innovations. Let’s continue to work together to welcome a better future for the plastics and rubber industry. We will see you again at K 2022!
